I wasn’t someone who loved exercise

Hi, I’m Holly,

I never had the motivation or desire to "exercise". To me, exercising meant the gym or running and neither ever felt very appealing.

Seeking a more fulfilling life, I discovered the world of coaching. It was through being coached that I was able to bring consistent movement into my life that I actually loved; bringing me peace, joy, fulfilment and so much more.

It was from this personal transformation that The Practice Practice was born. Now, I help others find that same sense of ease and meaning in their own lives.

I use accredited, evidence-based coaching methods grounded in neuroscience. The approach is certified through Positive Success Group's Coaching with Neuroscience and the Jay Shetty Certification School. This combination created a process that doesn't just help you reach your goal — it helps you keep it!
